Production Department

BHPL’s plant is located at VDC Chorni, Parsa (Narayani). The land area is approximately 70000sqft and production unit is covered with 10000sqft. The production department is engaged in manufacturing various dosage forms of Ayurvedic medicines encompassing most of the therapeutic classes that includes Gastrointestinal, Respiratory, Musculoskeletal, Urinary, Reproductive (Male & Female), Nutrition & Haematinic, Endocrine Systems. The company stringently follows World Health Organisation – Good Manufacturing Process (WHO-GMP) guidelines to manufacture quality medicine on all chain of supply (from procurement of Raw material to finished goods).

The plant is modern and well equipped and is run by qualified, competent and experienced technicians. Central HVAC system is installed with appropriate filtration system to maintain the controlled cleanroom conditions in the production area. At present, we manufacture Tablets, Capsules, Liquid orals, Ointments and Churans (Powder).

Company has its own Quality assurance, Quality control and Microbiology lab. Being an ayurvedic manufacturing company, we stringently follow all the rules. Appropriate conditions are maintained inside manufacturing facility like pressure difference between corridors and production rooms, temperature and humidity maintenance as per product requirement. Air supply to the facility is carried vis HVAC system and reverse Osmosis (RO) water is used to manufacturing.

Marketing Department

BHPL has a dedicated, professional and experienced marketing team in all over Nepal and Kathmandu being Marketing and Sales office.

The company begun its marketing with 12 Medical executives in June 2010 with two products in the market. Slowly and gradually the sales started picking up and new products were introduced in the market.

The Marketing team is sub divided in to Marketing Planning Department (MPD). It is one of the oldest and finest concept in the marketing field but with a different view in Ayurveda segment. MPD takes care of the new product launch, training to field force, organizing CME’s and seminars, planning promotional matters, market research and search. It also takes care of a unique and different approach from the conventional product-centered marketing towards a more structured and innovative brand centered marketing.

Sales team is divided in to four division

    1. Bhaskar
    2. Ethos, Established in 2014
    3. Vedic, Established in 2013
    4. Animal Healthcare, Established in 2014

These four division are the pillars of Bhaskar Herbaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. The team comprises of 48 people, who works day and night to achieve company’s goal. They are involved in active and effective promotion. Each division has Medical Executive, Area Business Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Sales Manager who helps in serving nation efficiently and ethically.
